RETURN AND REFUND

EXCHANGE POLICIES - If you are unhappy with the product, you have seven days from the time you receive it to swap it for a different one of equal value. The face value of the credit will be the same as the previous purchase's total. If the amount of the product being exchanged is less than the face value, the leftover money will be lost. During the exchange, the amount over the face value must be paid. - If the box or its seal is broken, exchanging contact lenses is not feasible.

The business will provide the consumer with the manufacturer's warranty.

The business hereby extends a three-month warranty to all online purchases. The company also offers the consumer the warranties that the manufacturer gave on those products. All warranties are only valid for manufacturing flaws.

Branded products will be returned to the parent firm for repair or replacement.

The following conditions are not covered under warranty:

Misuse-related scratches, tarnishing, and accidental damages sitting on the glasses or frames breaking or cracking of the lenses or bending or twisting of the frames or sunglasses natural discoloration of sunglasses' lenses, frames, or both.

In the case of non-branded products, the company reserves the right to offer warranty to products that do not meet the following criteria:

natural discolouring of lenses/frames / sunglasses twisting or bending of the frames/sunglasses scratches or tarnishing damage/loss of screws, stones or crystals.

PRICING & PAYMENTS
